Wot A Picture was established in 2003 by photographers and husband and wife team Keith and Penny Bird as a general photographic studio and shop in Street, Somerset.

They started in photography while still at school in Sussex and what was a hobby soon became an obsession. They studied with a couple of professional photographers and their first wedding commission was in 1976 at a beautiful venue in Brighton. From there they have developed their own style of photography and have progressed to be a popular choice for couples and families to capture their treasured moments in and out of the studio.

Due to demand and a lack of good choice and quality locally, the business was expanded in 2004 to include a bespoke framing service. Using locally manufactured products, Wot A Picture can frame more than just photographs and are able to mount multi apertures, medals, tapestries, football shirts, art and any other challenging object brought in to them.

Penny and Keith continue to be the backbone of the business with their passion for all things photographic. However, these days you may find other ‘Bird’s’ in store or assisting at photo shoots as the flock and business grows.
